Group Classes Schedule (from 9 January)

Beginner’s Yoga- 6.30pm Tuesdays
Hatha Yoga- 7.45pm Tuesdays
Yoga for Healthy Ageing-9.15am Thursdays
Mum + Baby Yoga-10.45am Thursdays
Pregnancy Yoga- 6.30pm Sundays
Private one-to-one classes are available

Each class has a maximum number of 7 students. Therefore, to secure your place weekly, classes may be booked on a block-term basis.  Blocks run for 6 consecutive weeks but you can join at any point if a space is available. You are welcome to book an initial taster class at £12 before committing to a full block

Once a booking has been confirmed and paid for it cannot be refunded.

However, as long as you let me know 24 hours in advance (either by text or email) a missed class can be made up by joining an online class. I can offer a place on my Zoom class which runs Thursday at 7.45pm and Tuesday 11.45am

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend the re-arranged make-up class or in the case of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours, session will be lost. Missed classes cannot be carried  over to the following block.
