Start 2019 afresh with this self-reflective yoga workshop and create a positive intention (San Kalpa) for lasting change.
Focusing on a cleansing yoga practice with lots of detoxifying twists after the excesses of the festive season we will finish with a restorative peaceful yoga nidra, to relax the body and mind to receive your San Kalpa.
Using pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring the mind into a state of calm and clarity we will incorporate a meditation to help connect to our innermost heartfelt desires and true purpose. In this way creating an achievable goal to improve health and happiness.
